Easy Returns & Exchanges
Route 99 Hawaii offers a 100%-money-back return within 30 days from the date your order ships. Please send us an email to Info@Route99Hawaii.com with your Order # to receive shipping instructions.
Once the product is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging:
- a full refund/credit will be issued to your account;
OR - a replacement product will be mailed and a $10 return shipping cost will be refunded to your account.
This policy applies for domestic orders only.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 30 days from the date your order ships.
