Every hat in our Hand-Sewn Collection begins with original Route 99 artwork inspired by the people, places, and traditions of Hawaiʻi.

Each embroidered patch is individually cut by hand and carefully sewn onto premium headwear in our Waialua workshop on the North Shore of Oʻahu. The result is a distinctive piece that celebrates craftsmanship, attention to detail, and authentic island style.

The North Shore Rooster pays tribute to one of Hawaiʻi's most recognizable island icons—a familiar sight from country roads to quiet beach mornings.

All Route 99 Hawaii headwear comes with a hang tag reading: "Each of our unique designs is embroidered out of our home shop."
